Is this private medical insurance (PMI)?
No, the Simply Health Plan offers money back towards everyday healthcare costs, like trips to the optician, dentist or physiotherapist, up to annual limits. We let your employees choose their own treatment providers as long as they're a registered practitioner.
Our Simply Health Plan also includes additional benefits such as 24/7 access to a GP and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), digital muscle and joint pain assessments and rewards to help your employees stay healthy.
How does the Simply Health Plan work?
With the Simply Health Plan, claiming back is easy.
Whether it’s a trip to the opticians for new prescription specs, or a check up at the dentist (NHS or private), your employees can get healthy and get money back towards their treatment.
They can easily claim through the SimplyPlan app. Once the claim is approved, your employee will get their money back within 3 working days. They can also check their benefit entitlements in SimplyPlan, including what can be claimed for and what their limits are.
When can my employees start claiming?
The majority of our benefits have no qualifying period which means that your employees can start claiming straight away.
