Simplyhealth has been awarded a 5-Star provider service rating for customer service in the corporate cash plan category at the Corporate Adviser Awards 2021, a prestigious awards ceremony that recognises excellence and innovation across all areas of the industry.
The annual awards ceremony was held on Thursday 25th November at London’s Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel. This year saw the launch of the Corporate Adviser Service Ratings which are generated through independent market research with over 100 advisers. The new ratings give intermediaries an unbiased evaluation of the service delivered by providers and their service capabilities.
Simplyhealth was recognised as providing a high standard of customer service in this new category for support to its clients to help keep their employees happy and healthy.
This included work during the pandemic to ensure accessibility to primary care by adapting its health plans to provide customers with the best possible digitally accessible support, as well as its range of coronavirus-specific resources for companies to share with employees and regular engagement with corporate customers by collaborating virtually to ensure teams were able to stay connected.
