How claiming works
The process for claiming has been designed to be as simple as possible, available at any time that suits you through our app or mobile-friendly online claims portal:
1. Book your appointment, attend and pay.
2. Submit your claim and receipt via the SimplyPlan app or online.
3. We'll review it within a few days and pay you back within 5 working days.
4. Relax, it's all done.
