How does it work?

Mental health coaching sessions can be accessed via My Health in the SimplyPlan app. Members will be asked to add their personal information and then choose a time and date that works for them to virtually meet their coach. Once they’ve paid for their bundle of appointments, they’ll also get access to a two-way online chat in their personal coaching dashboard.
