The following paragraphs explain the accessibility measures we have in place, and support in navigating our website.

How we design our website

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 level A accessibility.

In Google Chrome

  • On your computer, open Chrome
  • At the top right, click More and then Settings
  • Click Appearance
  • Make the changes that you want
  • Change everything: Next to 'Page zoom', click the down arrow. Then select the zoom option that you want
  • Change font size: Next to 'Font size', click the down arrow. Then select the font size that you want. You can also change more font options by clicking Customise fonts

In Mozilla Firefox

  • On your computer, open Firefox
  • Click the menu button and select Settings
  • In the General panel, go down to Language and Appearance
  • Under Fonts, use the drop-down menus to select the font and font size of your choice
  • Close the about > preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved

Helping you navigate our website

Downloads

Some documents on our website are PDF files to allow you to download and keep them. This includes the table of cover, terms and conditions, and other key documents. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open these, which can be downloaded from Adobe for free.

Screen readers and non-mouse users

You can navigate our website by using your standard keyboard shortcuts. 

Braille, large print and audio material

We can provide product literature in Braille, large print, or audio. All you need to do is email your name, address, the product you're interested in and the required format to

To increase the text size:

In Microsoft Edge

  • On your computer, open Microsoft Edge 
  • Select Settings and more, then Settings, then Appearance
  • Under Fonts, choose a font size

In Safari

  • Open Safari
  • Go to the View menu and hold down the Option key while you select Make Text Bigger or Make Text Smaller
  • Or press Option-Command-Plus sign (+)
